1. Returns for Unopened Products

  • Dassonz Consumer Healthcare accepts returns for unopened products within seven (7) days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Once the return is approved, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense.

2. Returns Process

  • Generate a return on the website or WhatsApp us at +91-9266826668 to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization
  • Pack the unopened product securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the product back to us at the address provided during the return authorization process.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process within seven (7) working days

3. Product Exchange Process

  • Generate an exchange on the Website or WhatsApp us at +91-9266826668 to initiate the exchange process and receive an exchange authorization
  • Pack the unopened product securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the product back to us at the address provided during the exchange authorization process.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate exchange process within seven (7) working days

4. Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process the refund.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within seven (7) working days

5. No Returns or Exchange Applied for Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept any requests for returns for opened products.
